Pete Quintanilla, our Deputy Director of Operations, was interviewed by Howard Altman of the Tampa Tribune. He spoke of how the reports of excessive spending by Wounded Warrior Project, especially on non-veteran projects, is effecting all veteran support non-profits. Fund raising is not an easy endeavor, and having negativity surrounding one of the largest non-profits for veterans is not helping any of us. A few other local non-profits were also interviewed for the article.
