Here is the CWVC team preparing for their Aconcagua Expedition. As part of the Challenge, an evidenced-based series of case studies will be conducted for Orthotics and Prosthetics, as well as therapy centered around TBI and PTS treatment.
The Challenge Warriors are aided in their recovery through arduous wilderness adventures such as these, that create an environment which instill a mentality to overcome obstacles, foster independence and helps them regain camaraderie with fellow wounded veterans. They realize that if they can climb a mountain, then life’s demands can be met with the same type of endurance and attitude.
